The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P. S. Case No. 54 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 326/34, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main allegation in the FIR is confined against co-accused Raj Kumar Gupta @ Raja and the allegation against the petitioner simply is that at the time of occurrence, he was accompanying Raj Kumar Gupta, the
