11-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Union of India.
This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Special Case No. 4/2017 arising out of Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 69/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 20/21/22/23 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the court of Special Judge, Kishanganj.
Considering the fact that there is a recovery of 4.20 kg. of Afeem and the petitioner is one from whose possession also one of the packets of Afeem has been recovered, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17531 of 2018 (4) dt.11-06-2018 petitioner.
Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.
