JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Roh P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-30(A) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that 1800 litres of Masaledar country-made liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that other co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 24-04-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18422 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner be released on bail after completion of three months in custody.

No.17191 of 2017 (4) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 Therefore, to maintain the consistency in order, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on completion of three months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
