The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that on the order of this petitioner, co accused Dharmendra Ram fired at Ranjit, as a result Ranjit succumbed to the injury.

Considering the nature of accusation, this is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Korma P.S.
