2.Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 43/2022 arising out of Barauni P.S. Case No. 134 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2021 and he is quite innocent and has committed no offence.

5.Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and the petitioner has 7 criminal antecedent. 6.Petitioner's image has been captured in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41516 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 CCTV footage while committing the alleged crime. Large number of cases are already registered against the petitioner. 7.In these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8.Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 9.The District Judge- Begusarai is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner.
