Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323 /324/ 325 / 307 /379 / 506/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others allegedly assaulted to the informant as informant had married with the sister of the petitioner.

Submission is that the parties have entered into a compromise. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2016. To protect the future relationship between the parties, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21388 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/Successor Court, in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No.501 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
