Case No.51 of 2012 registered under Sections 328, 379 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court, vide order dated 21.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39723 of 2014.

Taking into consideration the observations made in the order dated 21.10.2014, the petitioner, a lady, who is in custody since 19.12.2012, is directed to be released on bail on
