JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 441 liters country made liquor, kept in 104 separate bottles, were recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner. Considering the nature of recovery as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S.case No. 62 of 2016, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai stands rejected.
