The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The recovery of liquor and fire-arm is alleged from the outer house of the petitioner meant for keeping fodder. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the place of recovery is accessible by outsiders also. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2019. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35754 of 2019(2) dt.03-06-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Balia P.S. Case No.112 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.
