The petitioner seeks bail in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 42/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

From possession of the petitioner 03 litres of countrymade liquor was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 04.02.2017. The petitioner had already remained in jail for two and half months for recovery of only 03 litres of countrymade liquor. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
