JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-07-2019 The petitioner seeks quashing of the Domestic Violence Case No. 74 of 2017 which has been instituted under Sections 5, 12, 18, 19, 20 & 22 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before the learned Sub Judge XIV, cum A.C.J.M., Patna.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to contest the case before the concerned court. Should the occasion arise on
