Learned counsel for the informant is also present who has resisted the application for anticipatory bail. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard learned counsel for the State and on perusal of the case diary, it appears that the injuries purported to have been inflicted on the person are simple in nature, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37681 of 2019(3) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IX in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 812/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
