JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 29-07-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 387, 504, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur.

It is alleged that the petitioner caused firearm injury to the informant for non-fulfillment of the extortion demand.

Prayer has been renewed on the ground that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. The aforesaid fact constitutes ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21111 of 2015 (02) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today.
