Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of Bihar Amended Excise Act, 2016.

10 litres Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 7.6.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and appears to be a member of Scheduled Tribe community.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
