Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.131 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 342, 354(B), 337, 307, 447, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner has assaulted the informant with split piece of bamboo over his head and other accused persons have assaulted other persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are neighbours and on trivial issue quarrel took place. Allegation is of giving assault by split bamboo, the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is a student of Graduation.

No.26681 of 2018(3) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Bimal Kumar Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.131 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No.1007 of 2017.
