2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, affray took place between two groups. Petitioner being member of one group caused injury on the other group. FIR is lodged by the police.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that from the very perusal of the FIR, it would appear that general and omnibus allegation has been

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the allegation that the petitioner was a member of group causing public tranquility but there is specific allegation that he alone assaulted causing injury, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Nalanda in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
