The is allegation against the petitioners is that there is a case and counter case between the parties. The informant (wife of petitioner no. 1) has given in her fardbeyan before the Inspector of Police on 23.02.2019 and the case was lodged on 03.03.2019 whereas the informant of the present case has given written statement before the police on 25.02.2019, which is clear that the case of the petitioners' side is earlier than the case of the informant.
Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36059 of 2019(2) dt.11-06-2019 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Sheikhpura is pending in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No. 4 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
