JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of the writ nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 13.02.2021 passed by Collector-Cum-District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Anganwari Case No.28/2018 by which rejected the application of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15317 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2024 2/3 the petitioner and confirmed the order dated 23.05.2018 passed by District Programme Officer, Motihari without considering the case of the petitioner.

(ii). For further quashing the order dated 23.05.2018 passed by District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari in Misc. Case No. 50/2017 by which cancelled the selection of the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika in the Ward No.6, Aganwari Centre No. 113, Gram Panchayat-Pakariya without giving any opportunity to the petitioner.

(iii). For further quashing the selection letter dated 07.06.2018 by which selected on the post of Anganwari Sevika to the Respondent No.9 in the light of the order dated 23.05.2018 passed by D.P.O, Motihari.

(iv). For further pleased to affirm the selection letter dated 16.02.2017 issued by Respondent No.6 Mahila Supervisor by which selected on the post of Anganwari Sevika in the Aganwari Centre No. 113, Gram Panchayat-Pokhariya to petitioner.

(v). For further give other legal consequential benefit to the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other

Patna High Court CWJC No.15317 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2024 3/3 alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
