====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the O.P. This Court had issued notice vide order dated 10th July 2015 in Matrimonial Case No. 80 of 2014. Prayer was made to transfer the case from Family Court, Sitamarhi to Family Court, Patna. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the court of Sitamarhi in stead of waiting for the outcome of this case, has decided the case ex parte.

This Court does not want to give any opinion on the manner the P.O. has conducted the case and disposed of the matter ex parte. It is to be examined by the appropriate Bench in appropriate proceeding.

This Court feels the agony the manner the case has been handled, permission is granted to challenge the order aforesaid.

With this observation, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
