JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing death of the informant's wife. Although it is submitted that there was long standing land dispute between the parties and according to the prosecution case, the present occurrence took place on account of land dispute but taking note of allegation leveled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, in connection with Akbarpur P.S.Case No. 136 of 2000, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada stands rejected.
