JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one loaded pistol and four live cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 15.9.2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that seizure list witnesses were not examined by the police during investigation. Now investigation against the petitioner has been completed and the police filed charge sheet against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S.
