The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that occurrence took place with regard to quarrel between the children and it is alleged that Munnu Kumari, the niece of the informant was taken by the accused persons and tried to outrage her modesty and when the informant came to rescue her then accused persons also assaulted him by lathi.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners except petitioner nos. 2 and 3, namely, Bijay Kumar and Ramashish Ram, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
