Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.5.2016 on the accusation that he as well as co- accused were caught with stolen purse of the informant. Petitioner does have criminal antecedent of three cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, petitioner was caught on mere suspicion.
