The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 413 of 2016 arising out of Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016, registered under Sections 148, 149, 302 & 147 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hilsa, Nalanda. Admittedly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused earlier on 11.05.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20095 of 2017 taking into consideration the direct allegation against the petitioner, who shot fire at the head of deceased, brother of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2016.
