JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Head Dr. Alok Kumar Alok, learned counsel who was assisted by Sri Virendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 573 of 2015 registered for the offence under section 272 , 273 , 308 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery was effected from the petitioner whereas recovery was made from other two accused persons who have already been granted bail. It was submitted that 35 liters of country made liquor as well as foreign liquor was shown recovered.
