JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is a P.D.S. dealer, bearing lincense no. 683 of 1986. He has filed his representation against the order of suspension of license dated 24.06.1997. He submits that after enquiry, the Circle Officer has submitted report. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has moved this Court after 17 years. As the petitioner has approached the Court after a long delay, no positive order need be passed. It will be for the petitioner to approach the concerned respondents. This application stands disposed of.
