JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners are accused in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No.41 of 2016 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 302, 120(B) and 34 of the I.P.C. The accusation is that petitioners along with 4 named accused persons came towards the house of the informant and started to assault his father. In the meantime, co-accused Ravindra Pasi repeatedly assaulted through sharp cutting weapon to his father, who died there.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that while

No.26157 of 2016 (3) dt.10-08-2016 2/2 the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. along with others with general allegation of assault but specific allegation is against coaccused Ravindra Pasi to cause injury through Katta (sharp cutting weapon). Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 06.04.2016, 08.04.2016 and 02.04.2016 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S.
