This is an application for bail in connection with Piprahi P.S.Case No. 64 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is the husband and her wife was suffering from Tuberculosis and due to that she died and this false and concocted case has been filed implicating this petitioner, which will appear from the case diary itself.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and after perusal of the impugned order it appears in various paragraphs of the case diary that witnesses have supported the prosecution case as well as the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7832 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 fact that petitioner is husband, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
