JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 27.3.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.5640 of 2019 and there was direction that petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks from that date.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he could not find a local bailor as such he could not surrender within the time and this application has been filed in the month of May, 2019 for modification of the said order. Heard learned APP also.
