Vide order dated 31.08.2022, a report with regard to stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial was called for from the learned court below. Perused the report at Flag 'R' sent by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Jehanabad. It is reported that out of five witnesses, three witnesses including the informant have been examined and rest two witnesses are yet to be examined. It is further reported that if both parties will cooperate, the case would likely to be disposed of within four months.

In view of the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Barabar Tourism

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40102 of 2022(4) dt.19-10-2022 2/2 (Bishunganj O.P.) P.S. Case No.07 of 2020, giving rise to S.T. No.268 of 2021.

The learned court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of four months.

If the trial is not concluded within a period of four months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. The Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is directed to ensure the production of witnesses before the trial court on the date fixed.
