The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2015 under Sections 395, 412, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code..

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of a co-accused, but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 5.1.2017 and charge sheet has already been submitted and that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade. Similarly situated co-accused Anand Kumar Rai has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9982 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2015.
