JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 427, 504, 506, 447, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners six in number is that they entered inside the house of the informant and assaulted her and other persons and snatched away Rs.10 ,000/- and an Attache of her devar and also taking away the documents

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that F.I.R. itself shows that there is land dispute between the parties and case is under Section 379 of IPC and other Sections are bailable in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Araria (R.S.)
