Admittedly, the petitioner has filed the present petition by virtue of his service in the Indian Army. Counsel for Union submits that there is Special Army Tribunal constituted to hear the matter relating to services for Army, Navy and Air Force people. In this view of the matter, the petitioner may be directed to exhaust his remedy before the Special Tribunal Forum for them.

In this background, petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to avail the appropriate remedy either by way of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15354 of 2021(2) dt.13-01-2023 2/2 filing the fresh representation or by way of filing his application before the tribunal.

With this direction, this application stands disposed off.
