2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to dispute between the brothers, the deceased committed suicide.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased is the own brother of the petitioner and because of the dispute, the brother of the petitioner has committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2024.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Rosera, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024.
