4 In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for compassionate appointment before the appropriate authority.

5 As and when such an application is filed by the petitioner, respondent-authorities may consider the same in accordance with law and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than four months from the date of receipt of the application.
