Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case on 02.08.2016 having allegation that he demanded ransom from the informant on mobile call. Similarly situated coaccused Dani Yadav has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42418 of 2016 (Annexure-2). Submission is that no ransom was paid nor the petitioner was put on TI Parade.

No.11023 of 2018 (4) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahpur Police Station Case No. 111 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below.
