Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order date 06.01.2023 passed in Special POCSO Case No. 73 of 2021 arising out of Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021 whereby the learned court below has issued summon under section 319 of the Cr.P.C. against the petitioner.
