JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application dated 20.06.2022, filed by petitioners before respondents.

(ii) For issuance of direction to respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.10610 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 not to demolish the house constructed in Mauza-Fatehpur, Anchal-Nathnagar, Khata no. 303, Khesra no. 594, Area-2 decimal."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent- authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that for a period of four weeks from today, status quo existing as on today qua the land/ house in question, shall be maintained in order to enable the petitioners to seek redressal of their grievances, in accordance with law.
