Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, his name surfaced and, accordingly, the police raided the house of the petitioner and bunch of keys, mobile etc. were recovered from his house. So far as looted motorcycle is concerned, the same is recovered from the house of another accused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 17.03.2016.
