JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant. Informant, Kishore Mandal, a rickshaw puller while was staying with his rickshaw, a duly wrapped criminal came, shot at him and escaped with motorcycle having been parked nearby. It has also been disclosed that his wife Laxmi Devi had gone to place of Sanjay Yadav for the purpose of obtaining kerosene oil and during course thereof, there was an altercation wherein Sanjay Yadav had threatened. In likewise manner, his brother, Vijay Mandal had also his hands.
After going through the case diary, it is apparent that save and except suspicion having against the accused, nothing more remains. That being so, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7334 of 2015 (3) dt.30-04-2015 learned lower court will consider favourably in the light of findings recorded hereinabove.
With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
