The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown and petitioner has not put on T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 19.07. 2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014.
