JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute and it is stated that petitioner no.1 facilitated the other co-accused to assault the informant and so far as petitioner nos.2 and 3 are concerned, it is stated that they outrage the modesty of injured Babita Devi and also snatched her belongings.

Moreover, co-accused Ramdhi Mandal and four others

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29912 of 2016 (2) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 having graver allegation have already been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,Udakishunganj, District- Madhepura in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No.48 of 2016.
