The petitioner is in custody in connection with / S.T. No. 5 of 2020 arising out of Barauli P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020 for the offenses under Sections 399, 402, 411, 413, 414 IPC and 25(1-b)A/26)i)(ii)/35 Arms Act and 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.

Mr. Vikramdeo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case 500 gram Ganja was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 24.2.20. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
