Petitioner is accused in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015 registered under Sections 420/406 of the I.P.C.

The allegation of informant, Branch Manger of S.I.S. Cash Services Pvt. Ltd., is that his Company works of depositing cash in different ATMs., for which Pankaj Kumar Singh and Sudip Kumar Singh were deputed but both were on leave. In their absence, Vivek Jaiswal and Ankit Kumar went for loading cash in different ATMs then they found the difference of Rs. 46,96,000/- in A.T.Ms.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27830 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Satyam Kumar Singh. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that on investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and the similarly situated coaccused Ritesh @ Ramit @ Amit @ Vikash Chaturvedy and Ratna @ Ratana Vijay Gupta and Shambhu @ Karan Singh have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 12589 of 2016, 13417 of 2016 and 13162 of 2016 on 05.05.2016. The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
