The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after about six years of the marriage and disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that on conclusion of the investigation final form has been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45077 of 2014 (5) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 accordingly, order of cognizance has also passed. This contention of learned counsel for the petitioners has not been controverted by the learned APP after going through the case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
