Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P. S. case no. 670/2014 registered under sections 307 and 384 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner no.1 is owner whereas petitioner no.2 is driver of the truck in question.
The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners failed to grease the palm of the informant resulting institution of this case with false allegation.
Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from para 3 to this petition.
Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12059 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura (Bharrahi) P. S. case no. 670/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
