====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No.36143 of 2016.

Since both the cases arise out of I.F. Case No.09 of 2016, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36143 of 2016 (3) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 9, 27, 39(B), 44, 49(B) WL Protection Act. Some persons were caught with bones and skin of the tiger. The aforesaid persons disclosed the name of the petitioners and some others. Moreover, it is informed on behalf of the petitioners that several co-accused having more or less similar allegation have already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioners are in jail custody since long.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with I.F. Case No.09 of 2016.
