Let the defects, if any, be removed within two weeks of the start of the physical Court.

This application is for modification of order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9101 of 2020, whereby the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No.64 of 2015. However, the petitioners could not furnish bail bond within time.

For substantial justice, further six weeks' time is allowed to the petitioners to furnish bail bonds subject to condition that each of the petitioners shall deposit Rs.1,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8959 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 (Rupees One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce the receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
