ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by order dated 11.7.2014 passed by Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara vide B.P. No.623 of 2014 in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. case No.33 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara. Since there is no indication that the Opposite Party No.2 ever misused the privilege of bail in the intervening period, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
