Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patepur P. S. case no. 78/2013 registered under sections 147, 148, 353, 152, 186 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners and several others blocked the road in protest of death of a person. No specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioners and moreover, even if the prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, blockage of road was made for payment of compensation from government in respect of death of the above stated person.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four

No.12069 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Patepur P. S. case no. 78/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
